**Return Policy**

At LadaDaStore, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below for details on how to initiate a return or exchange.

**1. Eligibility:**

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate or sanitary goods are not eligible for return.

**2. Return Period:**

- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- After the specified return period, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

**3. Return Process:**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer service team at returns@ladadastore.com within the return period to request a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

**4. Refund or Exchange:**

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you once the return is processed.
